Bernadine Cataldo

Bernadine is the Demand Manager for Dow Coatings Materials North America, networking across Dow’s Acrylic Envelope to deliver a Gold Standard Transformation S&OP via Integrated Business Planning.  Bernadine has over 24 years with the Dow Chemical Company and has held positions in the areas of process, project, maintenance and reliability engineering as well as e-business startups, supply chain management and customer service management. Bernadine is a member of the Dow’s Women’s Innovation Network, advocating for employee development and enrichment.  In addition Bernadine also serves as a STEM Ambassador.

Bernadine has received various Dow T2 awards for delivering customer satisfaction and has been recognized as a Dow Solutionist and a 2014 WIN Champion.

Most recently Bernadine received the 2015 Dow Olympus Award for Superior People Leadership in recognition of her employee development efforts as Customer Service Manager leading 25 employees and contractors.

Bernadine is a 1991 graduate of The College of New Jersey with a BS degree in Biology, a 1994 graduate of Villanova University with a MS in Chemical Engineering, and a 2001 graduate of Olivet Nazarene University with a MBA. 
 
Bernadine is a wife, and mother of 2 young children.  Her husband of 12 years, Ralph Cataldo, is a pain management physician.  Bernadine has volunteered for 4H advocating for STEM education as the leader of the 4H Cloverbuds Cherry Hill Science Explorers program where she has utilized portions of Dow’s STEM curriculum. In addition Bernadine is an active member of the Greater Women’s Leadership Forum of Philadelphia.  The Cataldos reside in Cherry Hill, NJ.
